Customers are advised that delivery on special orders purchases can take up to 180  days and customer agrees to accept delivery within 30 days of notification or will be subject to warehouse/storage charges of 30%from the total purchased price. Refusal of the customer to accept merchandise forfeits their deposit.

There is no cancellation or refund on any special order purchases. Cancellation on any special order purchases the customer will forfeit their deposit. Customers refusal to accept delivery a 30% restocking fee will be charged from the total purchase price. Customer is responsible for furniture fitting in their home and into designated area. if U.S Furniture needs to disassemble any upholstery $150.00 dollars will be charged per unit. it is the customer responsibility in disposing the empty boxes. U.S Furniture  will not be liable if any merchandise purchased from catalog or magazines is not depicted as shown. while U.S Furniture uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in our catalogs U.S Furniture makes NO Warranties or representations as to its accuracy. US Furniture assume no liability or Responsibilities for any errors or omissions in the content of our catalogs. Without limiting the forgoing that everything on our catalogs is provided to you the customer ‘AS IS” Without warranty of any kind either expressed  or implied, including warranties of merchantability. U.S Furniture also assumes no responsibilities and shall not be liable for any damages to the customers property or merchandise that may occur during the course of delivery.
